What Grade or Skip keeps, where it goes, and how long it stays.

What we collect

• Card photos you scan or upload, and the images we make from them (the straightened card and the overlays).
• Check results: the estimate, the prices used, and any prices you type in.
• Your email address, if you sign in.
• Cookies: one for your signed-in session, and one so the free first try can be limited. We use no advertising cookies.
• A keyed hash of your IP address, used to enforce free limits and stop abuse.

Who else handles it

• Fly.io hosts the app and stores the data. Cloudflare R2 stores the database backup.
• OpenAI receives your card photos to read their condition and identify the card.
• Resend delivers sign-in emails.
• PriceCharting, pokemontcg.io and TCGdex receive the card's name, set and number to look up prices, not your photos or email.
• Cloudflare Turnstile, if it's on, checks that a visitor is a person.

How long we keep it

• Photos are removed after 30 days. Backups may hold them a few days longer.
• Check results stay until you delete them or your account.
• Purchase and credit records are kept as financial records.

You can delete any check from its page, and your whole account from Account. For anything else, write to hello@gradeorskip.com.
